Business name and contact details, services and service descriptions, prices where entered, opening hours, working days, holidays, FAQs, receptionist name, voice and speaking style, staff accounts and their roles.
Depending on the conversation, the receptionist may collect the customer's name, phone number, requested service, preferred date and time, an optional email address and caller notes. Conversations are logged together with their finalised outcome so the business can see what was agreed.
To answer customer questions using the business's own information, to book and manage appointments, to send appointment notifications and reminders, to place outbound confirmation calls when the add-on is enabled, to transfer callers to a person when requested and to show usage against the included minutes.
Information is available to the business's own staff accounts according to their assigned role and privileges, and to the infrastructure, telephony and AI service providers required to operate the platform. Lumora does not sell customer data.
Conversations and appointments remain available in the dashboard until they are deleted. The business can permanently delete conversations and appointments for a date range it chooses, and deletion requires a confirmation because it cannot be undone. When a business account is deleted, its data is removed permanently.
Access is restricted to authenticated accounts, and what each account can see and do is defined by its role and privileges. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
